From Downtown DC

North on North Capitol Street
Right on Michigan Avenue past Catholic University & over the bridge.
Directly at the end of the bridge: Turn left onto 10th Street, straight into Varnum St. Turn left and the second building on the right is the Washington Jesuit Academy.

From Montgomery County

495 East (Beltway) to University Blvd. Follow University and Exit
Right onto Riggs Road
Left turn onto South Dakota Avenue
Turn right onto 12th Street
Four blocks to Varnum Street. Turn Right onto Varnum. (Providence Hospital is on the corner.)

From Prince George's County

Baltimore/Washington Pkwy South to New York Avenue
Take South Dakota Avenue exit
Turn left onto Allison Street
Straight on Allison Street, two blocks to Providence Hospital and follow to Varnum.

From Virginia

14th Street Bridge North to SE/SW Freeway
Follow signs to I-95N
Take 3rd Street Tunnel to New York Avenue and turn right
Turn right onto M Street
At the second light, turn left onto North Capitol Street
Turn right onto Michigan Avenue
Turn left onto 10th Street, straight into Varnum St. Turn left and the WJA is the second building on the right.

Metro and Bus Access

WJA is easily accessible from the Red Line Fort Totten or Brookland/CUA Metro stations. Providence Hospital provides a free shuttle bus from the Brookland Metro during specified hours. Metrobus 80 comes directly to the Hospital. Metro bus and rail schedules are available on the Metro website at
