26th Annual Shakespeare Festival

This year, as an additional extracurricular activity, students participated in the 26th Annual Shakespeare Festival at the Folgers Theatre.

On Monday, March 6th, WJA students performed at the 26th Annual Shakespeare Festival at the Folgers Theatre. The play entitled "Do you bite your thumb at me, Brutus" was a humorous twist on the overthrow and murder of Julius Caesar and was an original production written by Language Arts teacher, Ethan DeCoster. The students won 4 awards, including 3 for character, poise and leadership and 1 for overall "Best in Show". Congratulations to all our students and to Mr. DeCoster. Special thanks also to Mr. Scott Hicke for taking the pictures.
