Our Chief of Staff

Jessica Vartughian has served as Chief of Staff at Washington Jesuit Academy, for nearly 20 years, providing strategic counsel to the Academy's President and Board of Directors while helping guide the school's internal operations, board governance, and advancement efforts. Her work spans board relations, strategic communications, special initiatives, human resources, and major fundraising campaigns. She works closely with the President, Chief Advancement Officer, and Leadership Team to ensure organizational effectiveness and financial sustainability. Jess's dedication and steady leadership have made her an integral part of WJA's success for nearly twenty years.
