Lisa Paro leads WJA's Advancement operation, overseeing the fundraising team and directing the Academy's strategy for philanthropy, donor relations, and communications. She brings years of experience to the role, with a career that includes work at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, the Archdiocese of Washington, and Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, giving her a deep understanding of mission-driven institutions and the relationships that sustain them. Under Lisa's leadership, the Advancement team drives the Student Sponsorship Program, Impact Fund, cultivates donor and corporate partnerships, and builds the signature events that fuel WJA's growth. Lisa's vision, leadership, and deep commitment to the Academy's mission make her an essential force behind WJA's continued success.
